Great weekend away for our little family. They were very accommodating - with pet friendly units so we could bring our little guy along with us. The chalets have everything you need to cook, we ended up making every meal there! Our unit had plenty of space and was so cute. Comfortable beds and very clean. The hot springs are lovely, and kept very clean - we saw many people around the property cleaning and wiping handrails etc. It was snowing for almost our entire stay, and they were very attentive, clearing the snow around our car and up our sidewalk every time. Everyone we encountered was very nice. Will be back!

Beautiful location and very nicely developed hot springs pools. The place has an interesting history that’s displayed around the premises. Very nice restaurant, had a delicious dinner there. Two disappointments though: (1) generally overpriced for what you get, and (2) breakfast was #cancelledduetocovid. Fortunately we sorted the latter out in advance and brought our own food, because it’s a long way to anywhere from here.
My original review was this comment: "This was far to get to but offered beautiful views and affordable access to comfortable hot spring facilities. The actual amenities are not world class but definitely worth a visit if you are nearby." I quickly received a lengthy private message from the company questioning why I gave such opinions, basically manipulating me to change or delete my review in someway. Businesses need to learn to appreciate a positive review and also be open to honest feedback. It looks like we've since reached a mutual understanding. Other spas I've been to offer perks like a relaxation lounge, sauna, steam room, snacks, tea, robe, and slippers. That's what I was originally referring to.
Long awaited getaway for me and my friends. Place has everything you need to stay for a couple of days with your friends. The hot pools are extremely clean and spacious. Because of covid there are no exchange rooms and showers in the main house, so you have to change and shower in your chalet and walk over here, put your masks on when you walk through the lobby and can take it off again when you’re at the pools. Super annoying and unnecessary. The staff mostly super friendly and helpful, just one lady at checkin was super rude and unfriendly but we just ignored her and tried to have a good time anyways. The chalet could have been a bit more spacious and cleaner, but it has everything you need and the robes are super soft and comfortable. All in all we had a great time and we will be back for sure.

Awesome place..wonderful staff..food Always a great experience..have been coming for years..from camping..motorhome..camper and renting the awesome cabins. It just gets better!!
