I'm a regular there. But yesterday had a pretty bad experience. We ordered sizzlers and after an hour long wait, our order finally arrived. The chicken was rubbery and not properly cooked. I could only eat about quarter of my platter, which is a big thing for a foodie like me who always finishes his plate. They apologized for it and offered us ice cream as complimentary. But the damage was already done. As a regular, I know the service is slow. But waiting for an hour just to get served uncooked food is just not acceptable. P.S. the veg sizzlers ordered by friends was good. They really need to up their game, especially in the service area.

So far I've had a wonderful experience. I frequent at least twice a week. Food is on par with cafès of metropolitan cities. All glories to the cook! Rating 4* as there's always room for improvement.

I ordered this drums of "hell" from Aromatic route today for home delivery. Chicken was stale (atleast a week) and there was a foul smell coming out of it. I couldn't even eat a single piece of it. Only good thing about the food was it's packing. Pathetic experience.

Tasty food, great ambiance. Not too spacious but operable. Price a little bit on the higher side compared to others but it justifies the cost.. Staffs working in this place are highly professional.. Overall I just love this place..
