Such a great pool, plenty of space with a wonderful and dedicated team of swim teachers. The teachers are so dedicated and technical, I can't thank them enough for teaching my two children life saving skills.

am not happy how they have treated me. I was member of the nambour swimming pool last year when they closed because of Covid-19 and I paid 189 membership for 3 months . They reopened probably June and I got a call about my membership from the facility . She said I can use the membership again. I told her that I don't feel like starting now so can I start later and she said I can start whenever I feel like it in the future . I'm a beginner at swimming and I'm not confident to swim so I lost little bit interest in swimming and I'm working aged care so I was so tired to start swimming again as well. So I didn't start till this year January. When I come back the pool a manager told me you came back too late so she can give me only a month but I have 40days left. She said it's your problem and they closed only a month so I could have started anytime. I don't think so, They closed March and I got a call was June so it was more than a month. Yeah I understand your situation but I'm not happy to get only 28days and don't want to waste my time to argue with the manager so I accepted however I will never be back after 28days. I feel they have misled me and possibly others by taking advantage of the bad situation caused by Covid. This is not the way to treat paying customers, especially those who were planning on spending a lot more time at the pool.

The indoor pool is heated to a temperature that is great for hydro therapy. The outdoor pool was tepid and good for swimming laps. Pools for the kids seem good but empty at the moment. Good parking and clean amenities.

Very affordable bring the kids even yr grand parents get them swimming summer or winter there are hot showers heated pool kids area but now atm kinda under construction ready to put in a water slide and new kids wet play area.. coffee an snacks available too. Even book in for swimming lessons for your kids or get a coach for older. Better yet meet new ppl

Put my sons swimming lessons on hold due to covid and they charged me anyway! Then once classes where about to returned to normal we asked them to cancel the classes. The girl at the desk told me they could put it on hold and then if we would like to go ahead again start back up they would restart transactions. She told me someone would contact me and if I opt out the payments would stop. Well someone contacted me and I opted out. But a month later payments still came out! Apparently because the lady contacted me 28 days before the lessons started instead of 30 I have to pay 4 more payments!

There was ample parking under large shady trees. The entry price was very reasonable. The olympic pool was very clean. The water temperature was very comfortable. The change rooms were very clean. The staff were very welcoming and attentive. This was my first ever visit, and I will certainly be going again. Loved the entire experience.
