Dropped phone in to have the lightning connection socket replaced. When they inspected it they found it only needed a good cleaning, which was done. They don’t charge for doing this.

Went to fix my charging connector, in result screen damaged, 1 screw and connector cover missing. Got to know this when I checked with other technician. Sorry to say but very poor service. Very bad experience, I will never recommend.
Not very helpful in sourcing a screen protector for a Samsung galaxy note 10 plus. They claimed that there was not one available with the fingerprint reader compatibility but I found one myself thought a company called whitestone. Not impressed considering all they deal with is phones etc.
