Great coffee and food. The beef burger is tasty and it has beetroot! The mushroom burger is a good vegetarian option. The little cakes are nice and the juice is freshly made on the spot and delicious. The coffee is as good as you'll get in the city. There is a separate take away counter downstairs, right near the picnic tables overlooking the river. Highly recommended.

The best cafe we have tried on our trip to date. Aoli from the aracinni balls was amazing and made the dish. Bean salad was really good when eaten together with the tortilla (by itself the beans were a little tart). Pork belly hoisin salad was amazing (sorry didn’t photo this).

Enjoyed lunch yesterday. We had the snapper special with salad and beetroot based dressing. Delicious. Amber ans the staff were very friendly. Great ambience. The view with the blue/green waters is amazing. Highly recommend

Had a great first experience today, came for breakfast with my partner. No vegan options on the menu, but the staff were more than happy to make me up something especially. Would be awesome for the owners to consider putting a vegan option on the menu, as some people are too shy to ask for something to be made up for them & will go without. Great coffee & fast, friendly service. Will be back :)

One of the best seafood I've ever had..... on road trip from the Gold Coast to Sydney in Australia. This was a completely unassuming cafe that I Googled somewhere along the way around lunchtime. This part of the eastern coast of Australia is known for its fresh oysters and these were probably THE freshest and therefore tastiest oysters I've had EVER! You really didn't have to do anything to it but these were slightly flavoured with lemon and chilli - simply exquisite! I also had to try their fried calamari salad - I kid you not.... these were cooked to perfection. The batter was crispy on the outside and soft to the bite on the inside. A far cry from the rubbery texture you find in a lot of places where they overcook calamari.

Great service, great food! Staff that genuinely wanted to help is refreshing. Very reasonable prices, we barely had to wait for the food to be cooked and it was served. Very happy, and definitely looking forward to going back. Thank you

Highly recommended. We ordered from the breakfast menu and the food was outstanding. Service was great, meals came quickly even though the place was almost full. Best coffee I've had in Nambucca. Definitely worth a visit.
