Honestly this agency deserves 5 star I rated 4 star for it's further tuning in this regard, I got through Mr Sanjiv Pradhan the owner of this agency over the Internet and was not sure of anything about them but eventually in due course of time he proved to be honest and a man of words. I along two of my other friends were on our venture to be a part of the 1st Edition of Tenzing Norgay MTB Challenge organised By HMI to Co-memorate the 105th Birth Anniversary of the Legendary Tenzing Norgay Sherpa. This man Mr Pradhan inspite of all odds due to recently concluded elections and some other territorial issues was bang on his services arrived with the cycles for us at door step of HMI Darjeeling and to my mind those cycles were perhaps the best with no disturbance at all and were well tuned to deliver the best. I thank them and wish them the very best.hi
