This was by far the best experience I have ever had with an auto service centre! Extremely professional and empathetic. My car suddenly wouldn’t move at all. I don’t have a BCAA membership, but my roommate does so we had my car towed to their service centre. They figured out what was wrong and were nothing but honest with me with regards to the prognosis. I already knew that my car was on its last legs, but had been avoiding getting a new car. They helped me through the entire process. My car is now on the way to the auto wreckers and they even helped me with some advice in looking for a new car. I will definitely be looking into membership for myself after this! Thank you Chris, Crystal and everyone else at BCAA Nanaimo for making this not-so-great experience with my car a much better one :)

Having a BCAA membership is a must, especially if you own a used vehicle. Even newer vehicles under 5-10 years have break-downs, how else do you deal with an emergency when you're on the highway in the middle of nowhere and the car stops running?

Better to have it and nit need it. Than to need it and not have it. They come when you call.
