This location is the best I've seen out of any Bentley stores. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in every aspect of luggage . I have never seen management in any workplace ever communicate so effectively to their staff and have a genuine care for the customer and the reputation of the business. If you ever go anywhere else to buy luggage , back packs , travel accessories bags and much much more , than I believe you are an uneducated fool.

The customer service that these ladies display is phenomenal! They are happy to help with whatever you need and are very knowledgeable. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good experience in finding luggage, purses, and more. I was in the other day and one younger lady even helped me while she was on break because it was busy. I always come to buy my purses there and just recently purchased some luggage. I wouldn’t recommend any other place

always the most amazing customer service! so helpful for all my travel needs. they always manage to sell me the best luggage (i have an addiction) and the accessories i need for each trip. they always have the biggest smiles on their faces and care enough to ask me what i’m going away for. i recommend this place to everyone

This early afternoon I went into the store, looking for a little back pack. The salesperson was just busy with somebody/something else, so I looked around and took a backpack from a rack, tried how it felt/looked on me. The salesperson approached me from behind, shouting: "Is there anything I can help you with, HONEY?" HONEY!?!?!? Is that obese young person not aware of the fact that she is not working in a night bar or a pub? If I would be able to I would give Ø stars. I am in my mid 60s and if a store has staff without ANY manners or thinks she has to talk with mature customers like with her buddies, I won't buy anything there. EVER. Perhaps she would have a career in a pub, where she can talk this way to 'drunk guys'

I was in bentleys today and the staff were absolutely amazing, the two ladies I was talking with were working together to find me a purse. Both ladies were very knowledgeable and found the perfect purse for me. if you are looking for good customer service and amazing deals Bentley is the way to go. I have been to other Bentleys before and I must say the Nanaimo Bentley was the most orgonized compared to the others. By far the nicest staff too!
