We had a bizarre experience with Bouman Motors. We were ready to buy a nice looking SUV but for an independent Prepurchase Inspection. Strangely, Chris and his “boss” had a disagreement with our mechanic and both sides claimed the other had been rude. Bouman Motors refused to allow our mechanic to inspect the vehicle, claiming he would lie and give a negative report. The sale was lost. Beware of stubbornness that blinds all reason. We definitely won’t be back!

Have bought 2 vehicles from Bouman motors and looking for a third. The 2 vehicles were well priced and reliable. No pressure sales, which I like, compared to the sleazy feeling big dealerships. I recommend Bouman for lower priced, older vehicles that still have lots of life in them.
I recommend this place because the selection is good and there was no typical car dealer BS like some other places I visited. The salesman was upfront and honest, two things usually missing in this industry. I'll definitely be back to buy my next car .
