Bulletproof hasn't saved me a few dollars or hundreds, they have saved me thousands!! I have been going there for just over 2 years and about 6x (I drive an old car and may be a bit rough on it ) Personable, professional and understanding. They never try to over sell, always find the best price for parts, under promise and over deliver. Amber is awesome to chat with, I dont feel Im staring at the clock waiting for my car to be done, Greg is helpful and honest! and they all have a great sense of humor, they are REAL people! I highly suggest this company to anyone and everyone! They deserve more than 5 stars!

Boyfriend went there to get car done, just to get his alternator checked out. They called back and said it was the alternator, then gave him a quote. He never authorized them replacing it, he just asked them to check the O2 sensor and the misfires as well. They ended up changing his spark plugs without authorization. No communication for 6 hours until he called and they said they replaced it. Spent over 700 which the car isn’t even worth. He just wanted to make sure it was the alternator, so he could possibly get it replaced. Charged him 135 for a compression test which he did NOT even mention, or ask for. Crazy. Then they called my boyfriend angry the next day and said they wouldn’t even top up someone’s oil without permission yet did his spark plugs and a compression test and everything without ANY authorization!!
Great and very personal service! Will not over sell work and will advise you properly. This is one of those shops that you end up going to for years once you discover them. Very glad I did.
Don’t believe this fake reviews they have their friends write. Went in for a quote on an alternator, heard back an hour later and was told it was an expensive repair and going to cost 450 with labour. I asked if they could check for a faulty 02 sensor, and didn’t hear back for over 6 hours. Since I didn’t hear back and they were closing, I called and found out they did a bunch of work that was not asked for or given permission to do. They changed my spark plugs, ran a compression test(135) and misfire diagnostic (90). After arriving and seeing my bill be 700 I was shocked. The car itself isn’t worth 700. If I was called to ask about the work they wanted to do to it, I would’ve happily said no. After voicing my unhappy experience here, I get a call from the owner. He is very upset and is trying to blame me. He also mentions that he will not even top up someone’s oil without permission. Well I had quite a few things done without my permission so I don’t see that happening. He finally says it must’ve been due to miscommunication, I say lack of communication as I did not hear from them for over 6 hours. If you don’t care what’s happening to your vehicle, and also don’t care about your high bill, then this is the place for you. Unprofessional, overpriced, and just a bad experience overall
