Dr. Hancock's technician (Tova) gave me 2nd and 3rd degree burns, on my face and chest, from a gemini treatment. I had to seek professional medical treatment for my 3rd degree facial burn, that would not heal on its own, from another clinic. Needless to say, I am left with some fairly deep scarring on my face and nerve damage.
