Best place to get comfortable, high-quality flip flops. The staff were super friendly and offered many choices based on what I was looking for. I settled on the Reefs, which I've been very happy with. My Cobians were bought here as well and lasted me for several years of hard use. I wear these to work, so they're well-worn.

After looking for flip flops for a much anticipated trip to Mexico, I landed at the store In nanaimo (not a lot of selection in January anywhere else). Prices for a pair of flops were about 65 / pair of which I bought 2. We arrived in Mexico and I pulled out the flops to give to my husband to which his regular size did not fit. (we ended up buying a pair in Mexico for 15 that worked fine) upon arriving home his mother had fallen gravely ill, so we were tied up until the end of March, at which point we went back to the store with receipt in hand and unused flops. Girl talking to friend sipping Starbucks states there is nothing she can do, they wontexchange them for a larger pair because the tag isn't on them... we weren't looking for a refund just an exchange. This was frustrating as the price was so steep to begin with and for them not to do a simple exchange was ridiculous! I will ensure everyone I talk to knows not to shop there, I feel frustrated, and I have this unused 65 pair of flops that I cannot use. All I can say is, had this been handled with better policy- I likely would have bought more and the word of mouth on this flop of a store would have all been positive... sincerely disappointed!
