I have bought a wide range of products from the store and found the staff friendly and helpful, the prices for the most part are reasonable and most of the products are in good condition. I will be happy to see them reopen.

Staff/Manager super friendly, helpful. We go there consistently as inventory changes almost daily. Great prices for a great cause. Good parking and location. Have purchased two fridges, light fixtures, wood, tile. Many, many items. Good size store, used furniture in great condition. Dishwashers/ranges/washer/dryers..etc. 50% off day. Volunteer staff. We love the location in Nanaimo. Expect the unexpected re: daily inventory.

This is a neat place to shop. There is always something there for one of the diy/ home projects I have on the burner. Take a look it's got a lot of everything.

Two things with this place. Maybe if you are building a cabin, they might have something you want. Certainly nothing for a nice new home. Overall prices aren't much cheaper than the retailers. That's OK because if you can find what you need, you are supporting a good cause. I have donated at least 8 times and have been thanked exactly one time. They need to do better.

Great Staff. Great knowledge and nice they can negotiate some discount when A person is loading up their car with enough materials to keep him busy and outta Trouble for a few weeks. Thanks for all your wonderful help.
