I don’t usually leave reviews, but I got new glasses from Highview Optical recently and it was definitely a noteworthy experience! Great prices, and a very knowledgable team who helped me decide on the frames that would fit me best. They even adjusted my previous glasses at no cost - they felt better on my face than they had in a year. I’ll definitely be going to them for all things glasses from now on.

Came in here to find glasses for myself. I found a pair but wanted to look around some more so I got a quote for the glasses (prescription and all). I came back a week later as I decided to get the glasses. I spoke to another woman in the shop and we found the same glasses. SHE went and gave me a quote for the same glasses and prescription. THE EXACT SAME PACKAGE. This time, however I got a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRICE. This one was much lower. These people are shady and shifty. Not only that, but they're all older, crotchety women who have massive attitudes, making you feel like you are bothering them. They are NOT cut out for customer service work.

Definitely worth 5 stars! The prices are unbeatable as well as the kindness shown to me by both members of staff I dealt with. They were very patient and didn't pester me as I spent 45 minutes choosing a pair of glasses. My new pair came about a week after I ordered them and they are great, I can see again!! Highly recommend
