I have received the most beneficial massages from Nicole ever. She has helped me heal faster from injuries and recover faster from to much activity. She has taught me stretches and exercises I should be doing for better recovery, what foods I should and shouldn't be eating for reduced inflammation. She has helped me greatly and I highly recommend her.

I had an injury and couldn't get in to my RMT. Nicole made room for me the following day. I was impressed by her work, never having had a Thai message before! The next day there was an obvious change for the better! She did a great job, I will go again!
I highly recommended a massage from Nicole. I didn’t have to leave my home. Nicole drove to my house even though I am more than an hour from her office. No driving was definitely a plus and I could continue to relax after the treatment. The treatment I got was a mixture of relaxation and working out stress plus painful areas in my back shoulders and neck. In the past I found having my legs massaged uncomfortable because it tickled but not the case here..just the right amount of pressure. After the massage I was able to learn from Nicole an excersise that could help with an injury in my leg.. Nicole is good at what she does. I’ve had multiple massages and this massage was the best I ever had. Good prices too!
Wow, I am so glad to have met Nicole. I’ve been lucky to work with some pretty talented RMT’s in the past, but none of them ever came close to what I experience with Nicole. Her passion for the work is clear, and she really takes the time to find the hidden sources of pain and tension that lie deep in the body’s muscles, tendors and tissues - places other massage pros never focussed on. Nicole is a elite athlete herself which makes her very strong and knowledgeable, so if you like deep body work, she’s definitely your gall. But prepare yourself for some wicked relaxation too. If nothing else, just try a Thai foot massage with her. It’ll rock your world.
