I just got my new granite counter tops from Lowes, for my kitchen and bathroom. I love them! Sasha gave me a very competitive price. The guys who came to measure and install them were polite, efficient and did a great job! Well done!

Nice showroom and floor staff who are friendly but seem to have very limited knowledge. Cashier was terrible. Didn't say a word through the entire transaction; like I was an intrusion.
I actually like Lowes as a business quite a bit, and often come here to get supplies for home renovations, but I thought it was important to write this feedback here. I came to pick something up via curbside pick-up today, and called the store, told them my name and order number for curbside pick up. The person on the phone requested that Brett Mason be present when the order was picked up, after I had told her my name was Brett Mason. I let the person know again that I was Brett Mason, at which point the person sounded very short and said “well, you will need to show ID”. Showing ID is standard, but I am fairly certain that I only needed to repeat my name and that I am who I am multiple times because I am transgender and my voice didn’t match the stereotype of who they thought I should be. I am writing this because I hope the staff will have more conversations about not assuming a person’s gender based on their voice or name.
I love how easy everything was to find. Staff very helpful and no long lines. Did think they were pricy though.
