Lush is one of my favourite stores! I absolutely love going through their various creams, bath bombs, shampoos and all the other things they have! Their products smell and feel amazing! I definitely like this store more than their store in Vancouver Downtown! (mainly because it's bigger and looks more cheerful) The employees are always so warm and helpful! Cannot rave enough about this place!

Who doesn't love lush. Vegan and cruelty free ingredients, plus the Hallowe'en line this year is totally adorable
My mom always visits here when she comes to Nanaimo. As with all lush locations, it smells strongly, many people are huge fans. Always friendly helpful staff.
Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive staff as soon as you walk through the doors! The best place to go for gifts or if you want to treat yourself!
