THANKS FOR NOTHING. Came down today to get our trailer ready for a cross country trip to visit family next week. Our trailer had been broken into. Went into the office and was told they had no idea there had been a break in. I guess the guy who left the review below mine Was mistaken too? No call, No compensation, No truth, Not even a smile. I knew this place looked shady so part of this is on me, but for god's sake, this is a pain right at the end of summer. We'll make the trip happen one way or another. When we get back though. I'm gonna do everything in my power to make sure these people cant get a business liscense ever again
Property damaged with no compensation after break in and during removal of a derelict boat they hit my boat n trailer breaking a leaf pack and slashed tire. Hours are short and overpriced compared to 24/7 gated access storage lots
This place is owned by a family in Vancouver that care nothing about the business, or its customers. Store your belongings here at your own risk. it is rife with break-ins(they wont tell you this) and the staff is suspect. It is a sham business run by a chinese family that will take your money and lie to your face....Another business with no local roots, or community values...This place should be boycotted by all!!
