Huge thank you to Nanaimo Chrysler for making my car dreams come true!! I always had such a negative perception of car dealerships being so pushy and just taking advantage of consumers, especially women BUT everyone who I had the pleasure of meeting at Nanaimo Chrysler was the polar opposite of that. They were amazing. The entire team from Nanaimo Chrysler made this process stress free, including the manager Adam and Rex & Liz in the finance department. Adam understood that I had prior negative experiences in the past with other dealerships so he ensured I would be paired with a salesmen who best suited my needs. The salesman I was paired with was Ben and I primarily worked him. Put simply he was absolutely fantastic. Ben allowed me to be excited about my dream car and made the process a lot of fun. But the thing I liked the most about him was that he actually listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to sway me in another direction. I came in knowing the exact car I wanted, it was my goal and he helped me achieve it. Thank you to everyone for making my experience what is was!! I would and will recommend you to everyone I know. Five stars!! ️️️️️

By far the best experience I've had buying a vehicle. Carla made it so quick and easy, I went in and within a couple hours, I had traded my car in and left in a new (to me) vehicle. She was polite and courteous and made it a pain free experience. I'd absolutely buy another car through them.
I can't even put into words how amazing Nanaimo Chrysler's Auto Body was to deal with. I was in an accident but managed to drive my little green beast to the dealership, from the second I walked through the door I was treated like gold. Les looked after my car and me and I honestly have no words on how appreciative I am. I understand in this time of COVID that things are difficult, parts took a little longer to arrive, etc. I was kept up to date constantly and Les helped me with everything, rental car, loaner car and made this whole ordeal a piece of cake. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you deserve more than 5 stars!!!
Nate helped me through my decision process, and I couldn't be happier with my shiny new Jeep. There was incredible respect and focus on helping me narrow it down to the right model, and from there, sourcing the one that had precisely the features and colour I wanted - his team found the perfect one while I was test driving and they were ready for me when I got back. It was even on the lot in under 24 hours (on a weekend). Nate is very genuinely present and helpful without being pushy - before, during, and even after I signed the paperwork. Much thanks to you Nate for your incredible patience and honesty and the team at Nanaimo Chrysler for the swift work behind the scenes.
