Welcoming atmosphere and well done programming/instruction. Both Solomon and Rachel have a great depth of knowledge and experience to share. If you want to learn how to use a kettlebells this is the place to do it, and even if you don't have a particular interest in them there is strength & conditioning classes to meet your needs along with a 'family'/club oriented vibe. I highly recommend checking them out if you're interested in developing fitness more in the long term and in ways that will more clearly benefit your everyday life and activities.

If you are looking for nutritional and or fitness guidance Soloman at Ballistic strength is your man . I have used him for all of the above for 8 months and he has gone above and beyond what I would have generally expected .
