March 3 2016, truck number 490710 delivered to a tenant in my building. These men were asked before hand, by the tenant to park in front on the street. They did not but came into the parking lot. I requested them to park out front as they were blocking 8 cars in, they would not speak, gave dirty looks and continued to do as they pleased! This is the rudest customer service I have ever had the displeasure of! Nasty nasty. Then when they left they made a point of sitting in parking lot, blocking 8 cars and drinking coffee whilst staring at my window and laughing. Great customer relations guys...and if you own the company all I can say is you will get your own in due time. BBB.
