If u have a customer standing in front of u that's who u should be dealing with . When I told the teller I was in a hurry after the 10 min wait in line her reply was I'm helping my Co worker. I'm sorry but I should have been her priority as I was standing in front of her... Co worker should have called on someone who wasn't busy ... maybe like the 3 ppl sitting in their offices ... not that this complaint will make a difference after all I'm just a small client right ....

My 90 Year old grandpa came in to make his account a joint account with his daughter to ensure that his estate was a smooth transition. The FSR somehow convinced him not to and said that it was in his \best interest\ and sent my mother home with an Avion card which she never used and charged her a 120 fee along with a credit check. I have worked at two financial institutions and find these sales tactics egregious. I will be convincing my grandfather to switch banks after being with them since 1942, this is simply appalling behaviour for an \advisor\ to be conducting.
