It's not a bad store. Selection is good. If you get to the store early enough, produce and bread is fresh. I like the layout of the store. My biggest complaint would be the seafood section. The staff in this area can be quite rude.

This is a good store, with free level 3 EV charging station, and a gas station.
Great selection of shopping but bathrooms and baby changing tables are disgusting. Access to child’s changing tables has garbage cans blocking them. The changing tables them selves are stained, grimy and dusty. Bathrooms stink of urine. Would love to shop here more often but due to the inconvenience of changing my child in such unsanitary conditions I can’t...
We have always been a big fan of Superstore, especially this location! My partner and I are both busy working professionals, so we utilize the Online Order/Pick-Up feature to save us time during our week. It was great at first, and we were happy to pay the 5 fee for convenience. . . However, our last handful of experiences have been very disappointing. Items in our order are being substituted with items that are two-three times more expensive regularly- we decided to go in and check and all of the items we have ordered are always available on the shelves... But the services tells us they are sold out and substitutes a more expensive option. Again, this has consistently happened the last 5 orders we have made. On our most recent order, I received a call from an employee letting me know that our order was not going to be ready by our 5pm time slot, and that we should come by 6pm, which is totally fine. My partner arrived at the store at 6, and the order was still not read. He sat in the parking lot for an additional 50minutes an hour after our groceries were meant to be ready with no apology or assistance from customer services. He offered to go in with a cart and get the order himself, but they would not allow him to do so. I understand that things happen, but our negative experiences have begun to far outweigh the good ones with this store. They offer a service that they cannot carry out efficiently, and appear to be ripping off loyal customers on the premise that they perhaps do not check their receipts to see overcharges. And yes, we have spoken to management about this and got very little response or resolution of the issues. Very disappointing Superstore, we will be taking our shopping elsewhere.
I have started using this grocery store 100% because they installed a high speed DC quick charger here for electric vehicles. I would have never stopped here if they hadn’t. The up side is that I have found the prices, selection as well as the PC Optimum points program to be a great reason to shop at Superstore. More grocery stores could learn from this location and that EV charging infrastructure brings new customers.
