Went with the wife to have dinner last night, after having to walk out of the competitors establishment across the street; we were greeted right away by the front end, we were seated right away, the food arrived in 20 minutes or less after the order was placed. The waitress Darby was really professional, friendly, and helpful. When I needed more pop, or napkins Darby was on it. When the power suddenly went out, Darby was right in her section there with us, assuring everyone that everything will be alright, that back up power will be coming on. A little bit later the power was back on. I believe restaurants should get 3 simple key factors right: Have good food, good service, and a clean place to eat. Ricky's got all 3 right! I was really impressed, as most places I visit can only maybe get one of those correct. Keep up the good work! I will be back for more meals.

It’s a nice restaurant, services are friendly but food takes a while to come out, since they are busy all the time. Kids under 10 have free pancakes when adult spend 11 or more. Pretty good deal!
Did not feel safe from Covid here. Condiments, etc were left on the table, our name and phone number were not recorded, not sure the menus were cleaned between uses, as mine was sticky. It was overpriced for what we got. Won't visit again.
After leaving another near by restaurant, due to a lack of customer service, my husband and I decided to try this Ricky's location. From the moment we arrived the service was excellent. Every staff member was friendly and treated us like a valued customer. There is a great team like atmosphere with the staff.
Crowded, slow service, loud meaning hearing people talking. Oh yeah my coffee was strong .
Service was friendly and polite. I ordered the California burger which at first glance looked delicious. Unfortunately the burger was so overcooked it was inedible. I sent the burger back and refused to have another one made as I didn't have the time or the patience to wait for a whole meal to be made again. When we asked for at least a small portion of bill to be taken off the server went and asked the owner. They refused to reduce the bill at all due to the fact that I had refused another meal be made. While disputing the bill with who I assume to be the manager they mentioned that my particular meal had had pictures taken of it for a magazine. So for those of you who see a California burger in some sort of magazine in the near future. know that it was nasty and I don't recommend it.
My daughter & I both got burgers. She w/ a side of mac & cheese, me w/ a side of fries. The mac & cheese was good, the fries were pretty good. The burgers however, very underwhelming. Both patties were so overcooked. The outsides of the patties were basically charcoal. Food is usually decent, never amazing, definitely never ordering burgers again if we go back.
Our server was super friendly, service was very quick, no wait times and their pasta was absolutely delicious highly recommend their fettuccine
