In the beginning, through Shaw Cable, I was told of the offer of Shaw Mobile with no fees for a year. I made these arrangements ... but wished to have a new phone. I went to the Shaw Mobile store in Woodgrove, waiting outside for an appointment with one of two people. I did have an excellent experience with the person IN the store and bought a phone outright, was given a small credit for turning in my old phone. Within two to three weeks of paying for all of this ... I started to receive calls from someone who said they were with Shaw Mobile and that I owed 22.40. I assured them I paid for everything at the store. If there was a difference to email me a bill. They insisted I go online and sign up. NO, I said, I only do that once I have a bill. A week later they THREATENED to cancel my service for NOT paying. I then went to the store, to be faced with a 45 minute wait time outside the store. I tried to explain, I just wanted to pay a 22.40 bill. No, I had to wait 45minutes. I gave them my name, Mrs.... , the Shaw person INSISTED on my first name only ... I went away and was texted after 40 minutes that to come back as I was next ... when I went back the people being served in the store were NOT the people in front of me. I was told another 15 minutes. I threw the 22.40 on the floor and walked out ..... Terrible, terrible rude people on the door to the store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this hassle.

Just moved and had to cancel my Shaw service from Nanaimo to Parksville. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about returns and updating my services. I’m very happy with all

How are these guys still around. I cant review for phone people but these guys in store cant help you with anything either. 0 customer service. Super expensive. And good luck dealing with any billing errors after you leave them. There ARE local internet providers use them instead. Heck even telus use to be BC tell. I'd use a can with a string before them again.
