I went into the store to buy some new boots for hiking, the young man in the shoe department was very helpful in helping me find my size in the hiking boots. Chase helped me at the till and helped clarify some of my questions about the return policy, and quick to help me checkout.

Great service by Justin and the team in the shop! Asked to get my old ski boots hot fitted and they gave me really careful and courteous service. Justin went above and beyond to make sure the fit was comfortable, even hot fitting the boot. Several associates came by while the boots were being set to make sure I was taken care of. Well done, team, especially during the Christmas rush.

I ordered a toque, should be simple enough. Phone calls, forget it, the fastest l could get connected was 31 minutes with a rep who could only follow the script in front of him. Three weeks and nobody knows anything about the order. Alexa could do better. Shopping online? Look somewhere else.

My husband loves buying athleisure clothing from Sports Chek. Sport Chek is possibly one of the best stores to buy such clothes from! They have a great collection of runners, caps and ofcourse athleisures! Personally, I love the hoodies and jackets they carry! The employees at this location were very helpful and we didn't have to wait for long at the billing counter!
