It's a good place to go, the staff keep a close eye on the place, it's close to motels, fast food, restaurants, it has a service station in the same building with a convenience store.

The guts that work here are Grreat! Always helpful and kind. Always smiling too. There are about 3 laundromat in town and I prefer doing my laundry here. Cost is very reasonable and they keep it clean.

Very good laundromat! Amazing quality of the washing & drying machines: Only paid C7 for washing and drying two loads of clothes. If you're somewhere in this area of Nanaimo and in need of a laundromat, definitely come to the Terminal Laundromat. It's quick, efficient and cheap. I can definitely recommend this place!
