Due to the virus they might be short staffed on occasion but the staff is excellent. I'm a little slow with the Tim Horton's app but they always treat me with a smile and patience for this senior. Coffee is always the way I requested but by far the visit is great due to their attitude to please. I recommend. It's been my Tim's to visit during our 50 plus days visit to Nanaimo.

Great atmosphere with great staff. I ordered my food and coffee, and was pleased on the fast service i received. The place was quite clean and neat for a timmys. They served my coffee in a ceramic mug which was a great addition to my meal. The seats were plentiful and quite nice. The staff were accommodating and friendly when I was taking my order. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting a quick coffee. Parking was quite limited when parking nearby but near parking lots with huge space. Also near a bus stop for anyone wanting save a bit of gas. Also nearby a mall and movie to do some shopping and to catch some movies.
When in one week there is 3 times when there is no espresso or frozen lemonade(staple drinks for them) cuse your machine is broken and then for some reason the staff is not familiar with how to use their own points system and even when I asked to talk with the manager her response is "you should call customer service and they might help " there is no other option then 1 star review.. Need to get this fixed asap not that Tim hortons is lacking budget \u200d️\u200d️

Coffee is always good.. Covid rules in affect. Line ups for washroom and coffee. Have patience.
I went in this location to grab some lunch On my brake. I stood there Waited in line after I ordered for 15 minutes finally one of there employees asked what I ordered and said sorry we gave your order to a drive thru customer by accident and they would make my order asap. 10 minutes later still no order, so I ask how much longer and low and behold they forgot about me again. Now I don’t get lunch and have to rush back to work after my money was refunded. Terrible customer service I will never go back to that location again.
It was a Sunday and the 2 young ladies that served me were awesome. The one at cash register was helpful, I had a special order and she was very patient. The young lady who made our sandwiches was very attentive to our order changes . Thanks for making our Sunday picnic great
Pathetically tiny muffins. My muffin said it was pecan but I didn't taste or see one pecan. Won't ever go again.
