I had a module replaced in my car for a headlight issue and subsequent to that i discovered my alarm system would not work. I thought maybe it was the fob and i changed the battery. No luck. I researched on Google and there was no useful information to get system going again. Went to mechanic shop that replaced headlight module and i suggested maybe something got unplugged. But mechanic that did module replacement is away and fellow that looked briefly at the plugin area said he couldnt see anyrhing unplugged. After having reached out to a few people to find help with this issue i ended up at traffic jam in nanaimo. 10 mins to deduce what the issue was, guy looked at the plugin location that previous mechanic looked at and could plainly see the system just needed to be plugged in. 2 seconds and done. Thank you Guy at traffic jam!!!

Can't say enough about the great service that Guy and Josh offered me on a recent install. Guy quoted me a good price for an installation of my web cam and rear camera, however thru no fault of their own ran into unexpected complications do to the nature of my RV. The job took them at least 3 times as long as the original quote, however true to their word they charged me what was originally quoted! In the end I was very happy with the install, and their follow up was excellent, answering all my question. Highly recommend them and will use them again for my next install.
