This is the best carpet & upholstery cleaning company with the nicest and most understanding customer service! I had a job of cleaning that needed the professionals. They were easy to schedule with flexibility and ultra efficient. Now my carpets and couch look brand new again! Highly recommend! I've used a couple of different cleaning companies in the past, but Van-Isle Carpet Cleaning is definitely the very best in Nanaimo. I look forward to using them again next time around. I'm glad I don't have to stress about mess and everyone who visits my house can continue to share all the fun times. Life gets messy; these folks are the solution. For the quality of the work, their price is definitely a bargain. Think twice before buying or renting your own machine or going with one of the other cleaning outfits... I've got some horror stories (oh the horror) which I won't even go into here. Those days are over tho', and now I am an actual real life happy customer. I am not a robot. I am not a cat. Surprisingly very honest and upfront about stain removal. They did not promise to remove stains however did their best to do so. Surprisingly all the stains came out. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
Called Van Isle carpet cleaning because I needed my stairs done asap. The lady on the phone said i could have an early morning appt which is what I needed... Allan was on time..and friendly. He managed to get all the mess my kids created on the stairs out..no more slime highly reccomended
