I can't say enough about Dr. Wolanski and his team. I had an all on four plus 3 lower implants done in Mexico and they completely botched it. I ended up with a serious infection in my jaw that could have killed me. I called Vancouver Island Implant Center from Mexico and they got me in as soon as I arrived back in Canada. They cleared up the infection and fixed the botched implants. They also did a new procedure (I was their first) where instead of having a gap between the upper All On Four denture and my gum, they made it so it was snug (not overly tight) to my gums. I LOVE IT!! It is easy to clean between the gum and the denture with a water pick and you are not constantly getting food bits between your All On Four denture and your gum. After having one with the gap for 1 year I can say the difference is amazing. Just like having your own teeth again. Easy to care for, just water pick morning and night when you brush your teeth.

They did a great job. They were able to accommodate my mother's dementia and limited mobility via wheelchair. Their location is fully wheelchair accessible.

From years ago the dreaded dentist visit has changed. The old crown removed, the prep for an implant done , no pain,35 minutes.Some after discomfort ,used pain meds that day, next day not needed. Thanks to the team.Ken

I love Dr. Wolanski (in a professional way). I originally found Dr. Wolanski and his dental clinics through a referral from a friend and came in as an emergency with the most sensitive tooth that I couldn't even run a toothbrush over without being in severe pain. I thought for sure that I was going to need a root canal or even worse lose a tooth. Dr. Wolanski took one look at it with his awesome magnification glasses and noticed that the dentist from the Lower Mainland that did my filling didn't finish it properly. He finished the tooth off properly in less than 5 min and the pain was gone by the next morning... I live in Nanaimo now and wouldn't trust anyone else but Dr. Wolanski with my teeth. So grateful for such a great dentist. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
