Inexperienced staff during the very beginning of the semester. Going in to buy a textbook on two separate occasions this semester and both times have been less than helpful or ideal. The first time a young man came to me and asked me if I needed help finding my book. I told him yes, and provided all of the information from my professor regarding the text book. He told me that the textbook I was holding already was it and it wasnt until I waited in line for 20-30min that is was intact the incorrect textbook. That text was over 100 and nonreturnable. If I didnt catch it last minute it would have been a costly mistake. Second was regarding the purchase of a program for one of my courses. When I got to the till she knew she needed information from me regarding the activation of my purchase, however, after waiting for two other cashiers to figure out what information was needed, a third cashier came and did it without a hitch. In the end that cashier lost my information and I had to do the whole process again via email and the phone. My advice: I understand the beginning of the semester is busy and can be overwhelming for some. To make it less of a mess, have the staff trained. Things will go by much smoother.

I really enjoy going into the Campus store. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
Think of it as a university body, not a store. Ask for and read the fine print on each transaction.
Good selection, okay prices.
Books and clothes are as ludicrously priced as usual in a university bookstore, otherwise a good selection and good quality pens.
