Wide selection of home goods, toiletries, and clothing. Limited grocery selection, especially for produce, hot chicken, ethnic, or health food items which means I still have to use superstore. Customer service is fine, but they need to do better removing security tags at check out, I'm tired of setting off the alarm with 400 worth of groceries for them to search through when im already tired and stressed, because of a 5 lipstick tag etc.

Second time I shopped in the electronics dept and was helped both times by Sales Associate Rheal. He was very knowledgeable about products and Great Customer Service. Very experienced in Sales and with people. Thank you. Give him a raise. He deserves it.

Sydney in the grocery aisle was very helpful. And Duane from electronics went totally out of his way to help me. Great customer service.

Do not shop here if you can avoid it. Have caught them scamming on multiple occasions. They frequently charge for items you are not purchasing, will add that you asked for cash back but didn't, will not give you correct change, and will not give you multi save deals. Check your receipts carefully and do not take your eyes off of the cashiers. Best thing to do is self check out and avoid employees at all cost. Should be easy to do as it's impossible to find anyone to help out on the floor. Management is none existent and will do anything they can to lie their way out of situations.

Called in regards to a return I wanted to do (no receipt, I work retail so I know no receipt returns are generally not allowed), I was curious if there was some way to work around it or find a receipt. Call went as follows Me: "Hi, I want to do a return, but I cant find my receipt. Is there any way you guys can help?" Them: "Sorry sir, we cannot do returns with no receipt." They then hung up on me. Great. Guess Ill go sell it on kijiji or something

It's what you expect from Walmart. No warehousing, so popular items are often sold out. Low prices, large variety, poor quality produce, usually understaffed (especially cashiers, trying to get the customer to do their own check out.)
