We stopped in for dinner and both of us enjoyed our favorite White Spot meals. My sweetie ordered the Legendary and I ordered the Monty Mushroom. The difference between food served from the restaurant and the horrible rendition served on B.C. Ferries is like night and day! The buns are fresh, the burger is loaded with fresh goodness AND our server Holly could not have been better! She truly is the epitome of excellent customer service. Great job everyone, from the kitchen to the hostess and the wonderful server we had. Thank you! A great job, wonderful meal and friendly, family oriented atmosphere!

They should really start calling their breakfast the runny start because it fell apart in my hands and leaked all over my work van I don’t have time to take it back it inside and wait for a new one, but am very disappointed and will be driving to triple o’s next time. The take out-only service and shortfalls is in my opinion tarnishing the reputation of one the best food chains in BC

We ordered takeout tonight and I'm pretty disappointed. Firstly, there aren't many vegetarian options on the menu (I'm sure this is a head office issue rather than an individual restaurant issue) so I asked if I could get one of the pastas on their menu without seafood. The takeout person was very nice in trying to accommodate, asking first before promising anything and doing their job. They did great. The pasta was around 22 (with all the seafood) and they said I could order it without. I asked if there would be a price difference and they said no (after checking with the manager - so it was the manager that said no). From working in restaurants for almost 10 years including White Spot and including management positions, I'm well aware that there are ways to price adjust. Of course, it would be convenient if there was a vegetarian option from the get-go but there are other ways around it (QSA, promo, void since no seafood would be wasted?). I didn't particularly want to pay 22 for noodles and sauce, so I opted for a full-size spot salad with a side of garlic panini (the menu option is a chicken salad with panini included). When I opened the bag, there was hardly any salad at all and the bread was hard and bland. It seemed like I was given a side salad. I mean, salad isn't that filling of a meal anyways but it definitely wasn't enough food. Which brings me back to the first point that it would be lovely to see more vegetarian options on the menu. Alternatively, ways to modify existing meals by simply removing the meat options would be good, but the price should reflect that. Lastly, to the manager who said no, I know the restaurant industry is going through a lot right now but a little accommodation goes a long way. I'm not sure why the price adjustment couldn't happen but I hope to see that change. Either way, probably won't be ordering again any time soon.
Not impressed with service. We understand the new times and that there were a waiting lineup at the door... but while we were choosing our desert, we actually got our bill... without even asking for it... and with a menu in our hands... literally we felt like we were kicked out of the restaurant. My review is 2 because the food was really good... But in the end the entire experience was destroyed by the service. SAD... but I hope White Spot will learn and improve.
Great food, friendly staff and kid friendly. Bit of a wait to get in but worth the wait.
