It's a post office. The people do their job- even if perhaps they're a little fussy about how much everything that you're sending cost you and the process for ems packages isn't particularly clear.

こちらの局員の女性の方々、行くたびにおしゃべりばっかりしてます。客がいてもお構いなくて感じでした。おしゃべりする余裕があったら自意識向上し客に目を向けた方がよろしいですよ。居心地悪いしみっともない
