Nigel and Heather created a calm and open environment to discuss and learn about labour, birth and benefits of hypnobirthing. It opened my mind to what was possible and made me feel relaxed and positive about my pregnancy, labour and birth. I felt prepared for anything, which was fortunate when our son surprised us a month early! It took 17 hours of labour to deliver my son, and I breathed my way through it without any need for pain relief. Something I'd not even realised was possible before the course.
