Very rude to customers and over priced. I felt embarrassed in front of other customers after the lady doing my nails spoke to me like a child. Not the nice relaxing experience I was hoping for.
They use their long nails as tools to get under my nails and to push the cuticles back. They filed my nails way too short and made me bleed on 2 fingers and it stings now. Didn’t apologise either. Not going back there again.
I had my nails done and they had done one had short and the other long, my appointment was at the end of the day so they were all rushing to close the shop and I didn't have chance to properly look at them. I returned the next day and apologised, I asked them to rectify them as they looked uneven. The lady accepted they were very different shapes and sizes, but then the gentleman who did them again was really really rude to me. I was made to feel so uncomfortable, in the end I actually had to ask him to stop being so rough and abrupt with me. I won't be returning.
No price list. Get you costing before you start. Nails look great after.
