Great staff, really helpful and friendly. Stock a little low but that's hardly surprising at the minute.
Rude staff. 20% difference in offer price depending on who you spoke to. Had to go into store 3 times to simply put a phone in for testing as staff weren’t sure on process. Didn’t ask whether or not my phone had ever been repaired (it has - by Apple so a reputable repair service) then made me wait 35 minutes to tell me they wouldn’t accept my phone because of that. Would not recommend or return
Good cheap preowned items for sale, worth a look.
Been to quite a few CEX stores in the last ten years. This one is by far the best. Pleasant staff and a nice clean shop.
