We got some goat meat shipped from Chestnut Meats. The packaging was fabulous and individual packs were freezer ready. The shipping charge was a tad to high, but I don’t think that can be avoided. Quality of meat was excellent. It’s succulent, melt in mouth and really flavourful. Cooks easily. We made a traditional Bengali goat curry with the meat and turned out great. To be honest, I had tried goat meat from other sources before, but this is the best one I have seen in this part of the world, perhaps the best outside Indian subcontinent.

Ordered 3 Kilo's of diced goat meat which arrived bang on time very well packaged. Two packs I froze, and the third I made a stew. The meat looked good, very lean and in good sized chunks. On cooking, the meat was so tender, tasty and preferable, in my opinion, to beef or lamb. I look forward to using it in other recipes. I will buy again.
