Modern housing estates are crammed in so close to each other. This one is just as bad. Also, the price is crazy at roughly 100k too expensive compared to a similar none-new-build.

Nice area to live
Because my family live there are some beautiful houses around
I do not live there and was only visiting. To be honest it needs more trees, shrubs etc as it just appeared to be soulless and concrete. Give it time I suppose.
My friend has a house here it's fabulous very spacious and comfortable, but my other friend has a flat on the same estate and she had issues with mould and it's so well insulated that this heat is so uncomfortable for her . But again the flat itself is spacious and comfortable.
