My Father is currently in Elm House and it has a wonderful atmosphere. The Management and Carers are excellent and always go the extra mile to ensure the residents are happy and cared for. The meals are also extremely good. I would whole heartedly recommend Elm House to any families looking for a great care home for their relatives. The residents become part of a big family and benefit from the care, attention and consideration that they receive at Elm House.

I really don't know what sort of place Becca Henderson thinks she is reviewing, but it's not the Elm House that I writing about!! The people that care for the residents, and who manage the home, really care and work very hard to cater for all the residents. In the time that my Mum has been living in Elm House, the level of care and the hard work put in by everyone, carers management, domestics and kitchen staff is second to none It would be much more constructive if people reviewing a place like Elm House would consider the hard work and dedication of all the staff, that quite often give up their spare time for nothing. I would not hesitate in recommending Elm House to anyone, and I would like to thank all staff for everything they do for my Mum and the other residents.
