Phenomenal company! At first I was apprehensive about the process and I went into my bank to enquire about mortgages. It all felt very formal and the advisor didn't seem interested in me or my situation. It felt like I was walking into a job interview... I was then recommended over to Fidenti and what a difference. The staff at the end of the phone are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and honest. They offered to come out to my house and talked me through the process step by step. They genuinely care about you and for that I cannot thank them enough. Any delays and they were on the phone hunting down the issue and resolving it on my behalf. I had the pleasure of visiting their shops which truly feel like a home from home. Thank you too everyone there for your help and time! I cannot recommend this company enough.
I have used Fidenti for our personal mortgage which went smoothly, Nick found us a better rate than we could have found ourselves. Also I have currently just been approved for my first buy to let mortgage which I couldn't have done without the help of Fidenti. It was Niki who helped me this time and I can't fault him either. Overall, if you want to use a mortgage advisor then use Fidenti. If you don't need a mortgage advisor then think again because these guys will find you a better deal than you think.
I used Fidenti for my life insurance and critical illness cover. I can’t speak highly enough. I’d go as far as to say that it was one of the most pleasant all round customer experiences I’ve ever had. They were friendly, open and honest and Nick (Director) took his time to cover every question I had, making sure that I was comfortable and understood all of the pro’s and con’s of each product so I could decide which was right for me. Nothing seemed too much trouble and their office environment was very relaxed and welcoming. I came away with a product that I was very happy with (Vitality) at a price that was right for me.
