Called I here this morning to get a quote for a watch fixing. Staff couldn't have been more unhelpful, very disappointing. The woman in charge was extremely sarcastic, unhelpful to her colleague and consequently lost my future business. I went to Jones's on the square and was treated so differently. Give them a miss and go to P. Jones.
Great shop for jewellery and gifts. They have some lovely glassware and crystal. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and I have seen some of the products they sell elsewhere in Nantwich at higher prices.
Took my watch in to be fixed 3 times and payed each time Evan tho they said they "fixed" it and in my opinion made it worse! then was told to go to a proper shop to fix my watch would not use/recommend! people i know have had similar problems with this jewellers one of them buying an expensive watch that was sent to them broken and they did nothing about it and just denied it
This jewellers is very good would recommend always helpful service is first rate lovely people
