We took some bedding for laundering to Timpsons/ Johnsons in Nantwich town square before Christmas and knew it wouldn't be ready until just after New Year. Went to pick it up and a sign in the door said it was closed and to go to the store at Nantwich Sainsbury's. Went there and unhelpful man knew nothing about it and said they were closing too. We can't get our laundry and therefore have had to buy some more. Understand why it might have closed but disappointed no arrangements made for collecting important items.
