What a joke . This place does NOT take mental health or eating disorders seriously at all . There service is below minimum standard. The doctor just doesn’t want to help at all , and just says “it has to get worse before it gets better “ (2 years on and still struggling) and the reception staff are blunt as witnessed today . Disgusting need to change doctors ASAP and there is a huge lack in understanding , professionalism and care . There is definitely some sort of discrimination going on . Just to say if I ever get near death sick again I’m holding them and my previous doctors down south responsible .

I have been with this surgery for many years, recently I received a letter informing me I would need to register elsewhere due to my address being out of area. All I can say is that letter was a blessing in disguise! Simply put, when you telephone (numerous times just to get through) you are faced with rude, unhelpful receptionists. Do yourself a huge favour, register somewhere else!

Been at this Dr's for 6 years Registered 2 grandchildren with them last year November 2019. Partner just been diagnosed 1b melanoma Went last week to have stitches removed Appointment was not booked in Even though they changed the time from 10.30 to 1.30. Called surgery on Monday to see Dr was told would get a call Never happened Today called as had letter saying partner has changed address and is no longer in area needs find another doctor Called to get appointment of which they did not want to give as on the list as leaving? Eventually was told would get a call between 2.30 and 5.30 Guess Never happened Been really rude Put phone down on me WHERE IS THERE DUTY OF CARE facing cancer is upsetting enough without this

Posting this on behalf of an old lady been waiting for call to be answered for 18 minutes and never moved from 5th in the queue what are the receptionists doing!!!!!

I have waited over 4 weeks before contacting the surgery to ask for help, I have waited knowing there are many people worse off than me and hoping my symptoms would get better without me bothering the doctors! after spending a not insignificant time getting through I was told to self isolate by the receptionist who did not ask enough questions to quantify what the problem is!!. This rude person was clearly just fobbing me off. I believe it is the receptionists job to greet and signpost people to the correct people, to help, not to say to the visitor \do you not know what is going on in the world\ I understand the receptionist has probably taken many calls and seen many people today, I also understand being a receptionist must be very stressful, however, what I do not understand is how somebody so rude and uncaring ever got the job of working as a receptionist in the first place!
