I had to take my toddler in after he had a fall and unfortunately chipped his 2 front teeth. I was so impressed with the measures they have in place for covid, we sanitised our hands on arrival and again before we left. This was his first trip to the dentist and Jen was great with my little boy, he walked into the surgery happy and confident, climbing straight into the chair. Phil checked his teeth and again was great with him and also gave me lots of reassurance as I was panicking. Couldn’t thank them enough, highly recommend this surgery for amazing dental care!

I did not have a very good experience with this practice sadly. The treatment plan took a lot longer than I was originally told, this was.due to cancelled appointments by them, losing impressions and having to have them done again and waiting as long as 4 weeks between appointments unnecessarily. Dr Philip Hewitt has poor communication skills and during my appointment I was not told what to expect before he started treatment nor did he reassure or check to see if I was ok during long intensive drilling. I found the the practice unprofessional and I will not be going there again. On a positive note, I am happy with my new teeth!
