Went to the tennis club to hand in a membership form today, to be met by the most ignorant man i think i've ever come across. He approached me as i arrived and advised me to contact mike directly and that was all, then proceeded to look at a notice board intently. I waited as i thought he would be finding me information about the club. No. The man made me wait 10 mins, just standing there in the doorway, knowing full well i was still there for him to just carry on what he was doing before i arrived. I then asked a question about guests to which he answered and then proceeded to carry on again. Then i knew he wasn't helping me at all. Such a lack of respect for a customer, and i can say i will not be joining such a rude club. I hope you can teach your staff some respect before you lose any other interested people.
