I spent around 90 minutes trying to find various exotic species. I was mostly left alone which was a good thing but it was sometimes difficult to get help timely. Being a foreigner and very new to the place I was kind of nervous not knowing the protocol. No one really offered to help me as it seemed that most go there no the place and what to expect. That’s one problem when you have been in business as long as they have. You can mistakenly assume people who visit know what to do or where stuff is. Not true for me... The most knowledgeable wood guy wasn’t there so I didn’t get a lot of my questions answered but they were still very polite and helpful in their attempt to figure it out. I left with a handful of woods and finishing waxes. I was overall very satisfied but it could have been a “star” better with the extra help I needed but was not offered u til I really asked for it and even then I felt like I was taking a bit too much of their time.
Really nice and helpful bunch we use them for our work. Picked up this morning and they had good social distancing measures in place
A proper wood yard, with proper wood! Huge range of softwoods and hardwoods, best for miles around.
Brilliant woodyard, have them a shopping list all very precise & they delivered to the millimetre. Ace!
