After appointments with three local estate agents. I chose Reeds Rain as John was by far the most knowledgeable and honest of everyone I met. Throughout, our sale was managed by Stefan, who really went above and beyond. Our sale wasn’t perfect/easy but Stefan made sure everyone was joined up and connected Thank you to the whole team for everything Would definitely recommend this branch to family and friends

Full disclosure was not made about a sale already proceeding on a property which was advertised as for sale. Effectively ended up in a situation where I would be gazumping existing buyers (without my knowledge)... Staff were asked a direct question and advised the previous sale was not proceeding. Then subsequently gave ambiguous information to the contrary. I have contacted the manager of the branch to share my experience but no action has been taken therefore sharing my experience here.
I decided to let my house out with Reeds Rains, I found the team there very professional and very efficient. My house was let within a week, Ive decided to have reeds rains now manage the property. Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

Inappropriate passing of mortgage value information between in house mortgage advisor (referred from Your Move) and RR office. The two groups are part of the same franchise which I didn’t know). Matter was investigated and failed to find any inappropriate conduct, even though I had an email literally proving it, this wasn’t even acknowledged.
