Hi Chaps, Just wanted to say how brilliant you were today. Great customer service is everything you need to run a successful business and you have this in abundance. Thank you for all the time you spent explaining my options and the fair and honest advice. it was a shame that my phone simply wasn't economically repairable and I appreciate the fact you did not charge me for the time you spent trying to help me. These guys now trade under the name \In the Market 4 Phones\....Absolutely stunning customer service from them today. Had a problem charging my phone, went to see them and they sorted it out inside 5 minutes and did not even charge me! Great to see customer service like this is alive and well in 2019!
